Spicy Tomato chutney and dosa
garlic and 3 med sized onions, small piece of ginger
In a pan tale 1 tsp of oil and saute tomatos, etc
Saute till tender and well cooked
after the mix is cooled grind it without adding
water. Moisture in the onions and tomatos is
enough for making a fine paste
Grind till the mix turns into a smooth paste
Fry some mustard seeds and curry leaves
Garnish the chutney with it
I buy my dosa batter from local grocery stores
Heat the tava and start making dosas
Cook till the edges are crispy and then flip it
(I grease the tava with oil, therefore
I don't use any oil while the dosa is cooking)
Dosa and chutney ready to be served
