Tangy Tamarind Fish Fry

                                      Grouper fish pieces mixed with salt, 1/2 tsp of 
                                      turmeric, red chilli powder and 1/2tsp tamarind
                                      paste. Let it stay for about 20 mins


                                      Sprinkle rice powder about 1/2 tbs, this gives a 
                                      crispy coating to the fish and retains the masala
                                      while frying



                                      This is the tangy, tasty fish fry ready to be 
                                       served with yellow dal and rice


All you need to make this fry is

7 fish pieces of your choice
1/2 tsp tamarind paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1/2 tbs rice/corn powder
oil for frying


PS: Remember to marinade the fish pieces for about 20 mins in turmeric, red chilli powder and tamarind paste.
